A Lock Haven man is being accused of sexually assaulting a disabled woman. Arrested was 36-year-old William Willits III who took the victim to his home in August where he allegedly assaulted her. Willits is being charged with rape of a mentally disabled person, sexual assault and other related counts. He is currently free on $40,000 bail. Woodward Township Police say that Willits’ wife walked in on him, while he was assaulting the victim at their home. Later, the victim admitted the assault to family members.
