Altoona firefighters responded quickly to a house fire on Saturday night that occurred on the 1100 block of 3rd Avenue. When crews arrived, smoke was pouring out of the second floor. The fire was contained to the room where it started, and no injuries were reported. Reportedly, the home did sustain water damage.
