The former secretary/treasurer in Gregg Township, Centre County has been charged with stealing over $500,000 from the municipal budget. Police say 55-year-old Pamela Hackenberg was arrested last week and charged with four theft-related felonies. Hackenberg, who resides in Union County, was released on unsecured bail of $500,000. She faces a preliminary hearing on December 11th.
