Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey was in Berks County yesterday for possibly the last time before he leaves office. Casey visited the Olivet Boys and Girls Club in Reading, which is receiving a million dollars from the federal government for repairs. The outgoing Democrat said funding youth programs is not only an investment in children, but also the workforce of the future. The visit comes about a month before Casey is succeeded by Republican Dave McCormick.
