A winter storm watch remains in effect from this afternoon through late Thursday evening for Cambria, Clearfield, and Somerset Counties. Those areas could see accumulations of 6 inches, mainly in the higher ridgetops. Strong winds will likely result in areas of blowing and drifting snow. The National Weather Service says plan on slippery road conditions.
