Pennsylvania’s newest license plates all honor veterans. Governor Shapiro’s office announced six new plates that celebrate people who have served. Women veterans are getting three plates, while the others acknowledge the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Operation Inherent Resolve, and the Borinqueneers Congressional Gold Medal. As with all specialty plates, there is an extra cost. And because the plates are all military themed, people will have to show proof that they qualify for the plates.
