As reported by Triple-A on Friday, the average price for a gallon of regular rose last week in the Keystone State to three-25. The national average is at three-oh-three a gallon. Here in Blair County the average cost is three-forty-nine a gallon. Oklahoma has the lowest average price per gallon at two-53. Prices remain highest in Hawaii at four-56 a gallon.
