Questions and conspiracies are swirling in the days following the arrest of Luigi Mangione. The main suspect in the killing of UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson, Mangione was arrested Monday and remains in custody as he awaits trial. New information seems to come to light daily, and now Mangione’s mother says he had cut off those close to him in the months leading up to the shooting. She reported him missing in San Francisco back in November, and anonymous sources say San Francisco police identified Mangione as a suspect four days before he was arrested. Thousands of donations have poured in to support the Ivy league graduate’s legal defense as he awaits a bail hearing on December 30th, here in Blair County.
