An Altoona teen was arrested yesterday after admitting to setting fire that damaged the Bellwood-Antis Middle school early yesterday morning. Charged was 19-year-old Elias Alley, who was arraigned yesterday and charged with felony arson, burglary, and other related counts. Because of the smoke and water damage students who attend the middle and high schools will be virtually instructed this week. Students at the elementary school will go to school as usual. Alley is currently in the Blair County Prison. Bail has been set at $1 million. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 31st.
