An Altoona man is in the Blair County prison after he allegedly shot at a truck driver.  Fifty-three-year-old Michael Servello is facing attempted homicide charges, and other related counts, after a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, in the area of 31st Street and Spruce Avenue.  Altoona Police report that Servello allegedly shot at the windshield of a truck because of frustrations he was having regarding trucks using their J-brakes, while passing his home.  Reportedly, Servello has attended several Altoona City Council meetings voicing his concerns regarding the truck traffic, because of anxiety and PTSD he suffers.  A search of his home found two handguns, and what is being reported as a large amount of marijuana, along with jars labeled with dates, a digital scale , and zip-top baggies.  Police said Servello’s wife, Amy Jo has a medical marijuana license, but none of the marijuana they found came from a medical dispensary.  She too was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent to deliver.  Both Michael and Amy Jo  Servello are in the Blair County Prison.  Michael’s bail has been set at $400,000.  Amy’s bail was set at $50,000.
