Traffic Restrictions in Place in Hollidaysburg Due to Mangione Hearing

Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City earlier this month, will be facing a preliminary hearing this morning at the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg.  Because of the hearing, traffic will not be allowed on the entirety of the 400 block of Cherry Alley, the 400 block of Union Street and the 400 block of Wayne Street.  Authorities say the restrictions will last from 6 this morning until 2 this afternoon.  Parking will still be permitted on Allegheny Street.  Parking meters will be enforced through-out the day.
