A Lock Haven woman is facing charges for allegedly threatening a mentally disabled teenager that accused her husband of rape. Woodward Township Police said 40-year-old Fay Ann Willits told officers that the 18-year-old victim and a witness would be “dead” if the allegations ruined her life. She allegedly made the threats the day her husband William Willits was arrested last month. William Wilits was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting the 18-year-old woman, who reportedly had severe intellectual disabilities. Both Fay and William Willits are out on 50-thousand-dollars bail.
