Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a false active shooter threat at the Ebensburg Center. The false threat was made yesterday afternoon. State police were quickly dispatched to the center, located along Admiral Peary Highway. Once there, authorities deemed the threat to be unfounded. The false threat resulted in nearby schools to be placed in a brief lockdown. State police are currently investigating who made the false reports.
