Police say a Cambria County man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened to shoot patrons at the Barnesboro American Legion earlier in the week. State Police arrested 30-year-old Mitch Whiteford of Elmora. Police say Whiteford began shoving patrons and threatening to shoot everyone inside. Whiteford was arraigned earlier this week and is facing charges of terroristic threats, criminal trespass, public drunkenness and harassment. Whiteford posted bail from the Cambria County Prison, and is facing a preliminary hearing on December 31st.
