Cases of whooping cough continue to rise across Pennsylvania. The latest data from the CDC shows more than 32-thousand cases nationwide, an amount which is six times greater than at this time last year. Pennsylvania is reporting the highest number of cases nationwide, with more than 28-hundred confirmed cases as of last week. As always, the CDC recommends vaccination as the best way to prevent getting whooping cough.
