A 29-year-old Altoona man was arrested last week during a domestic dispute that occurred on December 19th after he attacked a woman, and then left her home, having taken their infant child. Arrested was Evan Shover, who was charged with strangulation, child endangerment, and other related counts. Reportedly, Shover showed up at the woman’s house where he allegedly strangled her, and pushed her against a wall, then left with the child. He was apprehended and arraigned the next day.
