An Altoona man who allegedly chased his ex to a gas station on Christmas Eve is behind bars today. Arraigned on Christmas morning was 38-year-old Tyler Feather who has been charged with unlawful restraint with bodily injury, harassment and other related counts. Altoona Police reportedly found the woman at a Rutter’s convenience store with dried blood on her shirt and around her mouth. Feather and the woman reportedly were together at a family friend’s home when she tried to leave. Reportedly, Feather got into the car with her and allegedly punched her in the face. Police say the woman was able to push Feather away from her long enough to escape to a nearby Rutter’s. Feather is in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
