State Representative Lou Schmitt will be announcing his candidacy for the Blair County Court of Common Pleas Judge today. His official campaign announcement will be made this afternoon at 5:30 at the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona. Prior to being elected as State Representative in 2018, Schmitt worked as an attorney for more than 30 years.
