Pennsylvania motorists are enjoying a slight break this week as they top off the tank. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell to three-dollars-26-cents last week. The average cost here at home is around three-dollars-45-cents a gallon. Meanwhile, the national average remains at three-oh-seven a gallon. Oklahoma continues to have the lowest average gas price in the nation at two-dollars-60-cents. Hawaii is still the highest at four-54.
