Pennsylvania Congressman Ryan Mackenzie, from Lehigh Valley, is being named to the House Homeland Security Committee. The Republican has announced he will be part of the committee that focuses on border security, counterterrorism, and cybersecurity. Mackenzie said securing the border, supporting law enforcement, and ensuring communities are safe are his top priorities. Chairman Mark Green said Mackenzie will be an “important voice” on the Homeland Security Committee.
