Artic air is expected to hit the country next week and will bring some very cold temps to Pennsylvania. The National Weather Service says much of the eastern U.S. will see frigid temperatures all next week, with Monday through Wednesday being the coldest. Wind chills could fall in the range of minus 20. Bundle up, and make sure cats and dogs are kept inside.
