A cold weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather service from 7 tonight, until noon on Wednesday. Very cold wind chills as low as 10-15 below zero, are expected for a portion of Central Pennsylvania. Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions are not taken. If you must go outside, dress in layers, and cover exposed skin.
