Because of the current cold weather, many area schools are on flexible instruction days. Altoona Area will have a flexible instruction day, today and tomorrow and will resume their normal schedule on Thursday, same is true of Bellwood Antis, and the Hollidaysburg Area School District. Tyrone is on a flexible school day today. Bishop Guilfoyle will have a virtual day, today and tomorrow. Clearfield and Phillipsburg are on a two hour delay today.
