A cold weather advisory continues for portions of Central Pennsylvania, now until tomorrow at noon. According to the National Weather Service, the area could experience winds chills as low as 15 below zero. The lowest wind chills will be experienced during the late night, and early morning hours. As a reminder, frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions are not taken. If you must go outside, dress in layers, and cover exposed skin.
