A number of thefts from vehicles finally came to an end with the arrest of a homeless woman, after she was found at the Rodeway Inn, in Altoona. Arrested was 35-year-old Angela Speight, who is facing numerous charges including theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. The thefts reportedly occurred last November throughout Blair, Allegheny and Logan Townships, and the city of Altoona. Altoona Police found her, after they were alerted by a victim, that her credit card was used at the Rodeway Inn. Speight was arraigned last week, and is currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
