NEW UPDATE:
The Cambria County District Attorney has withdrawn charges against a man accused of shooting 22-year-old-Anthony Cobaugh, last night, at a home on D Street in Johnstown. Police earlier identified 19-year-old Aaron March of West Carroll Township, as a person of interest, after a witness reportedly told authorities he witnessed March shoot Cobaugh. Authorities now say the witness has recanted his story and will now face charges of making false reports. Authorities say Cobaugh’s shooting death remains under investigation.
