Pennsylvania motorists are still grappling with some of the nation’s highest prices at the pump. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell slightly last week in the Keystone State to three-dollars-38-cents. Here in Blair County, the average price is three-dollars-55-cents. Meanwhile, the national average is at three-13 a gallon. Oklahoma continues to have the lowest average gas price in the nation at two-dollars-71-cents a gallon. Hawaii is still the highest at four-55 a gallon.
