UnitedHealthcare Group has a new CEO. The company announced that Tim Noel will head the company following the shooting death of former CEO Brian Thompson. Thompson was killed in December while attending a conference in New York City. The alleged shooter, Luigi Mangione, was later arrested at McDonalds, here in Altoona. Mangione is now in a New York City lockup facing murder charges.
