A Bedford County man is behind bars today after he allegedly threatened to shoot and kill a man who arrived at his home to shut off his water. Arrested was 37-year-old Raymond Foreman Jr., who reportedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill the man who was tasked with shutting off the water at Foreman’s Cumberland Valley Township camper. During a search of the camp site, police reportedly discovered a magic mushroom growing operation, and other drug paraphenialia. Foreman allegedly was also hiding a woman who was wanted for retail theft in Altoona. Foreman is facing numerous felony charges including terroristic threats and drug possession. He is currently in the Bedford County Prison where bail has been set at $250,000.
