A Johnstown woman is facing animal cruelty charges after 19 pets were rescued from her Chandler Avenue home following numerous complaints of animal abuse and neglect. Charged was 37-year-old Kelly Huff. Reportedly, officials with the Cambria County Humane Society found seven dogs, two reptiles, and six cats, living in deplorable conditions. Four dogs were also found dead inside the home. Reportedly, none of the animals had proper food and water. All 19 pets are now under the care of the Humane Society. Huff was arraigned yesterday on dozens of felony aggravated cruelty to animals and animal neglect charges. She is currently in the Cambria County Prison where bail has been set at $350.000.
