Three Johnstown woman were arrested last week after being charged with possession. According to state police, the three were pulled over on Plank Road in Altoona after police spotted them riding in the opposite direction without their headlights on. Arrested were 40-year-old Tammy Shroyer, 44-year-old Amanda Mardis and 34-year-old Maeteshia Washington. Once the car was pulled over a K-9 officer was taken around the car and made an alert at the passenger side of the vehicle. During the search, state police reportedly discovered a crack pipe, white powder residue, and an once of crack cocaine. All three were arraigned, and Shroyer and Washington are currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of bail. Mardis was released after posting bail. All three are facing charges of possession with intent to deliver.
