A Mexican citizen was found in Western Pennsylvania, illegally entering America, after already being caught and deported seven times over the past 12 years. Dario Fortunato-Torres, who is 37-years-old, was indicted on Tuesday, by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on one count of illegal re-entry into the U.S. ICE conducted the investigation that led to the indictment. According to the DOJ, Fortunato-Torres had already been deported from the country seven times between September 2013 and October 2017.
