The investigation continues into a massive egg theft in Franklin County., Pa. Pete and Gerry’s says it is increasing security and surveillance after about 100-thousand eggs were stolen from the back of a distribution trailer at its facility in Antrim Township Saturday night. Authorities said the eggs had a retail value of 40-thousand-dollars. The theft comes amid the high cost of eggs due to the avian flu.
