A Pennsylvania robotics company plans to put a robotic rover on the moon by the end of the year, and according to U.S. Senator John Fetterman, he fully the supports the mission. The company is called Astrobotic and is based in Pittsburgh. The lunar module is called FLIP, for FLEX Lunar Innovation Platform. The rover is scheduled to land by the end of this year as part of NASA’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services.
