Police in Centre County have arrested a man after he was accused of sexually assaulting a homeless woman inside a State College parking garage last week. Arrested was 30-year-old Bruce Miller who police say cornered the woman inside a bathroom stall while she was trying to sleep. Authorities say Miller is accused of forcibly removing the victim’s cloths and sexually assaulting her. The victim was eventually able to flee the scene and contact police. Miller was arraigned last Friday and is facing charges of indecent assault without consent, indecent exposure, and other related counts. Miller is currently in the Centre Country Prison. Bail has been denied.
