Fortunately no one was injured yesterday in Punxsutawney, after a water tank exploded inside a home. Fire crews arrived on the scene around 11 a.m., and reported the home was severely damaged. Officials say the water tank, located in the basement, was reportedly being worked on when it exploded. As a result of the blaze, a family of five has now been displaced.
