Johnstown Mayor Frank Janakovic announced yesterday, that he will not be running for re-election. The mayor has served three, four-year terms, which began in 2014. This past weekend, Deputy Mayor Sylvia King announced her campaign to be the city’s next mayor. King is planning a campaign kickoff event today. The municipal primary election is May 20th.
