In Idaho, a request to have evidence suppressed in the trial of Pennsylvania native Bryan Kohberger has been rejected. Kohberger is charged in the 2022 killings of four university students. He was arrested a month after the killings, at his parents’ home in Monroe County. His lawyers had argued that police entered the home without a proper warrant and spoke to their client before reading him his Miranda rights. The presiding judge on Wednesday, ruled against the defense’s motion to have evidence declared inadmissible.
