A discussion about internet safety and understanding how to navigate the digital world will take place today at the Altoona Area Library board room, and will begin at 5:30 this afternoon. The Blair Drug and Alcohol partnerships has joined with Family Services Incorporated, and the Center for Child Justice, to hold this town meeting today. According to a press release, there has been an increase in Cyber Tipline reports, and the need for internet education is growing. The meeting is to cover numerous topics, and is aimed at helping adults have a conversation with children about what they are doing online.
