Newry Man Accused Of Possessing Child Pornography

A Blair County man is behind bars today following an investigation into suspected images of child sexual abuse reportedly being uploaded to YouTube.  Arrested was 40-year-old James Hileman III, of Newry.  Reportedly, authorities were contacted last August following a number of CyberTips about child sex abuse images that had been posted online to several accounts.  According to the state Attorney General’s Office, both accounts were traced to Hileman’s IP address in Blair County.  Authorities say over a dozen files of suspected child pornography were found.  Hileman was arraigned yesterday and charged with 12 counts of felony child sex abuse material, and one count of criminal use of a communication device.  Hileman has been placed in the Blair County Prison.  Bail has been set at $100,000.  His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 4^th.
