Altoona Police apprehended a Philadelphia man last Friday at the Greyhound Bus Station, with tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of suspected methamphetamine. Arrested was 34-year-old Rashon Shuler, who had an outstanding warrant out of Cumberland County. Police say the street value of the drugs was nearly $45,000. Shuler has been placed in the Blair County Prison and is facing charges of possession with intent to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance. Bail has been set at $75,000.
