A Somerset County corrections employee is charged with DUI after allegedly being involved in a February vehicle accident. State Police say that 41-year-old Kevin Turner was intoxicated behind the wheel of a pickup truck on February 1st when he hit a pedestrian in Somerset Township. Turner –a staffer at SCI Laurel Highlands — faces charges of misdemeanor accidents involving death or injury in addition to the DUI charges.
