A Somerset County man has been arrested after he allegedly took explicit photos of a sleeping woman without her knowledge or consent. State police arrested 66-year-old Timothy Airesman who reportedly admitted to taking photographs and videotaping the woman while she slept in his living room. Police report the victim reported that she woke up to discover she was partially nude, although she could not recall removing her clothes. Airesman has been charged with invasion of privacy and other related counts. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 25th.
