New information is coming out surrounding the search for Pitt student Sudiksha Konanki. The 20-year-old woman went missing while on vacation in the Dominican Republic last week. ABC News cites local police sources who say Konanki’s clothes were found near the beach where she was last seen. A man Konanki was alone with told authorities the two of them went swimming when they were caught by a large wave and that was the last time he saw her, according to ABC. They also report that the man is not considered a suspect in Konanki’s disappearance.
