The City of Altoona is holding an Open House and Plans Display to inform the public, and to receive input on the re-write of the Zoning and Land Development Ordinances. There will be an opportunity to review the proposed zoning changes and maps. The Open House will be held today from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the City’s Margaret Avenue Training facility, 1747 Margaret Avenue.
