An investigation is underway following a hit and run incident on Pennsylvania Avenue in Tyrone yesterday morning. The victim, a juvenile female, who is a student in the Tyrone Area School District, was flown to UPMC in Pittsburgh, where she reportedly is in stable condition. Police believe they have located the vehicle involved, and an investigation is continuing.
