An apartment fire in Clearfield County yesterday has left four hospitalized, and the building a total loss. The fire broke out yesterday morning shortly after 6:00 along Old Route 53 in Kylertown. When firefighters arrived on the scene they were able to rescue three people from the roof of the building. Firefighters had problems battling the blaze due to low water pressure, the age of the building, and the size of the fire. Fortunately, those taken to the hospital only received minor injuries. The Red Cross is reportedly assisting 15 residents that have been displaced by the blaze. An investigation continues.
