An Altoona man who was on the city’s most wanted list was arrested yesterday after a brief chase. Altoona Police arrested 35-year-old David Carsia who had been charged with arson, burglary and terroristic threats on March 18th. He was added to the Altoona Police Department’s most wanted list the following day. On Tuesday he reportedly walked into the home of an Altoona woman, started to argue, pulled a knife on her, and threatened to burn down the home. He has been placed in the Blair County Prison. Bail has been set at $175,000. His preliminary hearing is April 2nd.
