Senator David McCormick wants to make bilingual training more available to Pennsylvanians. McCormick says the ability to speak both English and Spanish gives people more opportunities, and the commonwealth needs to promote the education of it. He made the comments Friday while touring the Tec Centro facility in Lancaster, which provides bilingual education and skills training. He called Tec Centro a “great model” for programs that he says Pennsylvania needs, to grow and prosper.
