An East Freedom man is behind bars today after he allegedly used a gun to rob a Taco Bell employee of his cell phone. Arrested was 40-year-old Dustin Swab, following the incident, that occurred last Friday at the Taco Bell in East Freedom. Swab has been charged with felony robbery, possession of a weapon, and other related counts. Freedom Township Police report that the alleged robbery occurred in the parking lot of the restaurant. Swab’s bail has been set at $50,000.
